1. Introduction
This Withdrawal Policy explains how withdrawals and fund transfers are handled when using the Alpition platform.
Alpition is a non-custodial technology provider that offers automated trading and portfolio management tools through secure API connections to third-party cryptocurrency exchanges. Alpition does not operate as a broker, wallet provider, payment processor, or financial institution and does not hold, store, manage, or control user funds under any circumstances.
All deposits, balances, and withdrawals are processed exclusively on the user’s connected exchange account in accordance with the exchange’s own terms, policies, and procedures.
By using Alpition, you acknowledge and agree that Alpition has no authority over your funds and does not participate in withdrawal operations.
2. No Custody of User Funds
Alpition does not have custody, possession, or control over any user assets.
Specifically, Alpition does not:
- hold cryptocurrency or fiat balances
- operate wallets or custodial accounts
- store private keys or recovery phrases
- receive user deposits
- process withdrawal transactions
All funds remain at all times inside the user’s personal exchange account.
This non-custodial architecture ensures that users maintain full ownership and control of their assets and eliminates platform-level custody risk.
3. How Withdrawals Are Processed
All withdrawal requests must be submitted directly through the cryptocurrency exchange connected to your Alpition account.
Alpition does not provide an internal withdrawal function and cannot initiate, approve, reject, delay, cancel, or modify any withdrawal request.
To withdraw funds, users must:
- Log in to their exchange account
- Navigate to the exchange’s withdrawal section
- Select the asset and destination address or payment method
- Confirm the withdrawal according to the exchange’s security procedures
Once submitted, the transaction is processed solely by the exchange and relevant blockchain networks.
4. Alpition Does Not Interfere With Withdrawals
Alpition has no technical or administrative ability to:
- access exchange balances
- move funds between wallets
- approve or block withdrawals
- impose withdrawal limits
- apply withdrawal fees
- delay transaction processing
The platform receives no notifications regarding withdrawal requests and does not monitor individual user balances beyond what is required for strategy execution.
Any questions regarding withdrawal status, processing times, network confirmations, or transaction failures must be directed to the user’s exchange support team.
5. API Permissions and Security Restrictions
Alpition connects to exchanges using API keys generated by the user on their own exchange account.
For security reasons, Alpition requires API keys with the following restrictions:
- trading permissions enabled
- withdrawal permissions disabled
- transfer permissions disabled
This configuration ensures that:
- Alpition can place trading orders only
- funds cannot be withdrawn by the platform
- assets cannot be transferred to external addresses
Users remain fully responsible for creating, managing, and securing their API credentials.
Alpition strongly recommends:
- disabling withdrawal permissions on all API keys
- enabling IP whitelisting when available
- rotating API keys periodically
- revoking access immediately if suspicious activity is detected
6. Withdrawal Fees and Exchange Charges
Alpition does not charge any withdrawal fees.
All withdrawal-related fees, network charges, and processing costs are determined solely by the exchange and the relevant blockchain network.
These may include:
- blockchain transaction (mining) fees
- exchange service fees
- currency conversion charges
Alpition does not receive any portion of these fees and does not influence their amount or structure.
Users are responsible for reviewing their exchange’s fee schedule before submitting withdrawals.
7. Account Restrictions and Compliance Checks
Withdrawals are subject to the exchange’s internal compliance, security, and regulatory procedures.
Depending on the exchange and jurisdiction, withdrawals may require:
- identity verification (KYC)
- two-factor authentication
- email or SMS confirmation
- withdrawal limits based on account level
- manual review for large transactions
Alpition has no involvement in these procedures and cannot expedite or override exchange compliance checks.
If an exchange temporarily restricts or suspends withdrawals, Alpition cannot intervene.
8. Strategy Execution and Open Positions
Before submitting a withdrawal, users should ensure that:
- active bots are paused or stopped
- sufficient free balance is available
- open positions are closed or properly managed
Withdrawing funds while automated strategies are running may cause:
- failed orders
- partial executions
- strategy interruptions
- increased risk exposure
Alpition is not responsible for any losses resulting from withdrawals submitted during active trading operations.
9. Responsibility and Risk Disclosure
Alpition provides technology tools only and does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
Users are solely responsible for:
- managing exchange accounts
- submitting withdrawal requests
- verifying destination addresses
- complying with applicable laws and regulations
- monitoring transaction confirmations
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Sending funds to an incorrect address or incompatible network may result in permanent loss.
Alpition accepts no liability for:
- incorrect withdrawal details
- delayed or failed transactions
- network congestion
- exchange system outages
- regulatory restrictions
- losses resulting from user actions
10. Disputes and Support
Alpition does not handle withdrawal disputes.
For any withdrawal-related issues, users must contact:
- the support team of the connected exchange
- the blockchain network explorer (for transaction tracking)
Alpition support may assist with general technical guidance related to API connections but cannot access or modify withdrawal operations.
11. Policy Updates
Alpition reserves the right to update or modify this Withdrawal Policy at any time.
Changes will be published on the website and become effective upon posting.
Users are responsible for reviewing this policy periodically.
